Op deze pagina vind je ervaringen met korrelgisten uit de praktijk.<\/p><p>Op de pagina <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hobbybrouwen.nl\/site\/brouwencyclopedie\/overzicht-korrelgisten\/\">Overzicht korrelgisten<\/a> is, al een overzicht te vinden van in Nederland beschikbare gedroogde gisten die te koop zijn bij Nederlandse en Belgische leveranciers.<br \/>Diverse eigenschappen van deze gisten zijn in het overzicht vermeld, zoals aanbevolen vergistingstemperaturen, alcoholtolerantie en maximale vergistingsgraden. Ook is te zien of een gist een diastaticusgist is (die meer tijd nodig heeft doordat hij het STA1-gen bevat) en of het gaat om een zogenaamde POF-positieve gist (dat zijn gisten die meer fenolische smaken geven). Zinvolle informatie voor degenen die op zoek zijn naar een geschikte gist voor een volgend brouwsel.<br \/>Minstens even interessant is het om te weten wat de ervaringen zijn met de genoemde gisten en hoe ze zich in de praktijk gedragen.
