This Wheat beer has done very successful among my friends...
if someone help me to improve the recipe ... ;) samenvol

The mash schedule is ok for a weizen. You have to start at low temperature to get the right taste.

Wamser, you have to brew this recipe but don't do the cinnamon, or at least do halve, the yeast will do it to that to the beer!
