Brewery closed, YouTube channel open!

Hi fellow hobby brewers,

Först och främst märkte jag att det fanns några andra svenskar aktiva på detta forum: cheers! 

It has been many years since I posted here on the forum. But after years of making my hobby my job, I turned my job into a hobby again I had a small craft brewery In Gnesta (Sweden) where I gave courses in addition to production, went to many festivals, etc. but after Corona (no courses, no festivals) and after all the prices of diesel, electricity and raw materials skyrocketed, I decided to close the doors.
I was known for my creative brews, I brewed with all kinds of fruits and herbs, but also with elderflower, leftover bread, beetroot, seaweed, nuts, hibiscus, red pepper, and more. Lots of sour beers too, because the Swedes love sour flavours. But also beers matured in barrels. At one point I even exported to Norway and China.

For a while I didn't know what to do, until someone sent me an email asking for a recipe, and then I thought: why not start a YouTube channel where I give away all my recipes. But I also got the idea to make a beer 'from scratch'. Because I had never done that before. Which means I have to grow hops and grain, turn that grain into malt. I need to catch yeast somewhere and propagate that yeast. But I also plan to make a wood-fired mini brewhouse outside including a tiki bar.

And of course I will visit other small craft breweries here in Sweden and a local malthouse. Moreover, I try to show some of the beautiful Swedish countryside. I just started but I will try to post something every two weeks.
