I had a higher OG than expected (1.068 instead of 1.060), so ABV should be around 7%. I hope it will be good anyway.
At the moment it is still in fermentation, dry hop was added on monday. I'll keep you informed when it's ready.

For people who brewed the recipe from the original topic, can you give some feedbacks?

Thanks

Tjardo

Why did you use the S-04? Wouldn't be my choice for an American IPA

Winne2

MJ44 doet het ook heel aardig....

Just because it is the most common neutral yeast. I'm not so experienced, I started brewing few months ago.
What would be your choice? M44 like Winne2 said?

On saturday I bottled, but I should have put the hops in bags, it was really a mess for filtering!

joenedu

I used the US-05 yeast. The beer turned out very well, I still have to make a comparison to the original, but it's a very nice and hoppy IPA.

My choice would be US-05 or BRY-97 from Lallemand.

My bad, I selected the wrong one in the software, but I used the US-05 indeed!

Glad to know that your beer is good joenedu, I'll let you know about mine in 2-3 weeks ;)

Wallie

How did it turned out?

Sorry haven't been there for long time!

So, the beer has been infected, probably because of the mistake during dry hopping.

Is anyone else tried this recipe?
