Hi...

Here in Brazil is usually used
a quantity of water to mash and sparge (between 60% and 40%)

Can I complete that recipes don't use water to sparge?

Can I make a tastier beer?

Both recipes also use water to sparge...

in Dutch recipes it is often referred to as "spoelwater", spoelen = sparging

The Hadrianus Tripel recipe only referres to the amount of mash water, 17 liters for 20 liters of beer... With your brewing software, the amount of sparge water can be calculated.  (for 20 liters of beer, about 22 liters pre boiling water means 5 liters for sparging.

The salmo gold recipe referres to 3.2 liters of sparge water

If I use less water for sparging that leads to a more flavor beer?

Here is normally used to 20 L: 16 L to mash and 14 L sparge
Much water to sparging can decrease the flavor...as on the example where was used only 3.5 L for sparging...

That's nonsense. Sparging has no negative influence om the flavor of your beer (if you don't sparge too much).  If you don't sparge you efficiency is a little bit less.

Generally you'd need to sparge a bit more, to compensate for the water absorbed by the grains. That would be approx. 1 L/kg, thus 5-6 L extra for sparging.

No-sparging does not necessarily translate to a better or worse taste of your beer. It generally results in less "chaff"- flavour, tannins etc.
Some like that softer mouthfeel/taste, other feel the beer loses it's "bite".

So... just try it, experiment and use what works best for you!
