Two Yeasts?

Hello Hopmans ....

Yes two yeasts
S33 - I hope fruity flavors
T58 - I wish spicy flavor
Let's see ...

For the next my intention will add 500gm of Malt Biscuit ...
when I have a standard I want to send to my Dutch friends ...!!! :proost: :proost: :brouwen: ;)

Perhaps leave out the nutmeg?
T58 is already a bit spicy.

Are you going to add the two yeasts together, or split up the batches?

Wamser

The Yeast S33 I used all the package content
T58 I used the 50%  of package content and one days after the start
fermentation with the S33 I added the T58.

I'm not sure how make "complex flavors"
for this purpose I added nutmeg

There's nothing wrong with al little bit of experimentation off course, however be aware that the flavour of the spice can be different after fermentation than expected.

Perhaps this works fine?

I regret that I can not send the result of this recipe. :groots:
