I have the book "Beer Captured"
and there are several clones recipes . Hope I'm not breaching the rules of the forum.

Well, you are violating copyrights, so don't make a habit of this.

Apart from that.. I have that book also and it sucks. I don't believe 90% of the recipes in it. Look at the Belgian recipes, they all have biscuit malt in them according to the book, which is obviously wrong. Also a lot of beers have the wrong yeast in the recipe. Look at the Rochefort 10 recipe: if I recall correctly the first choice the book gives is the Chimay (belgian Abbey) and the second Westmalle (Trappist High Gravity) (or vice versa). No mention of the Rochefort yeast (Belgian Abbey II).
