Beste brouwvriend, Cher amateur-brasseur,

http://www.brassageamateur.com/forum/

Het vertalen van Braziliaans Portugees naar Frans & vice versa zal veel duidelijkere zinnen opleveren.

Bo Dao en succes met de hobby.  :degroeten:

Caspar

Wamser, je spreekt zeker geen Engels?

Then I must speak English?

Well, in my city, we are starting a movement "not drink beer industrialized".
In Brazil operates a giant brewer (AnBev). We are tired of this type beer.
Particularly, I will be to produce beers with high quality. My dream is find a recipe of last century. And use the best recipe of Nederland's with foundation for my beer.

In the Netherlands produces good beers and I'm happy to be known this forum.

Thanks for the support.

That must be the same company as InBev over here.
It's an Belgian-Brazilian company.
The only thing that counts is profit.

CiteerAnd use the best recipe of Nederland's with foundation for my beer.
What kind of beer are you looking for?

You're right; AnBev is a subsidiary of InBev. The important is only the money.
I'm looking for old recipes "Ale", "LAGER", "PALE ALE," Tripel " with complex aromas.
Beers with adjuncts and more than one type of yeast, Beer for lovers...

Can you help me?

I read recipes winners of competitions, which are on this site, and would to make some recipes in Brazil and then change the wording with my personal touch.

Thanks my friends.

I can help just like everybody else on this forum, but 'm not figuring al kinds of stuff out.
You must have a certain base knowledge of brewing.

I suggest you to do a recipe proposal, and then we can tell if it looks good yes or no.

Do you use the metric system?

Hi Wamser,

What kind of software you use for your recipies? Perhaps you can use Promash. I don't know if there's an English version of BrouwVisie or BrouwHulp. When you use software you easily can exchange recipies with other homebrewers, without language problems.

Good luck!

Usually I use the Beersmith (http://www.beersmith.com/)
I took a course and the instructor uses this software.

But I would like use another Software, more universal.

I think the ProMash...

Welcome our Brazilian friend.
Reading your first message I had absolutely no idea what you were talking about. None, whatsoever.

I just wanted to reply to mention you should stick with BeerSmith; it's a great tool. Now, how can we help?

Btw, I just found out a Belgian maltster ships much of the malts you drink from eventually to S. America. At least you're getting good malt. Now you need to teach everybody around to make some good beverages with it!

Piece out

Here in Brazil, there are many difficulties.
For exmplo, in Brazil can not enter liquid yeast unless
you have a lot of money to buy government.

Another factor not exist specialists in good beer
and if you meet he has charge high price...

The big companies buy small and close.

But recently has emerged a large movement
homebrewing and everyone tries to survive.
Now I  met this forum and I am delighted
with the knowledge that is here.

My dream is to know the Netherlands and go to a competition of beer to know people of this forum.

Thank, Wamser
